Exchange & Return Policy

At B Hemmings & Co., we take great pride in offering exceptional products and service. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re pleased to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt.

For orders placed between November 10 and December 15, we offer an extended holiday return window. These purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit through January 15, 2026.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available.
  • Sale and monogrammed items are final sale and not returnable.
  • Returned items must be in original condition—unused, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Store credits do not expire and may be applied toward any future purchase.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Shipping, duties, and import fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Delays:

  • B Hemmings & Co. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refusal. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled due to transit delays.

How to Initiate an Online Return:

  1. Contact us at orders@bhemmings.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and provide return instructions.
  4. Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will process your exchange or store credit accordingly.
