At this time, bhemmings.com ships across Canada and the USA. For US orders, the final cart price includes local taxes and customs charges, there will be no additional charges.

In-Store Pickup

B Hemmings & Co. offers the option to buy online and pickup in-store at their Yorkville, Toronto location. During checkout select the "Local Pickup" option under Shipping Methods. An email confirmation will be sent when the order is ready for pickup. Please wait to receive this email before arriving. 

Please ensure you bring your order confirmation and 2 pieces of ID. One piece of ID should be government issued photo ID. The second piece should be the credit card you used for the transaction.

Curbside Pickup

For the convenience and safety of customers,  B Hemmings & Co. offers the option to buy online and pickup curbside at their Yorkville, Toronto location. During checkout select the "Local Pickup" option under Shipping Methods. An email confirmation will be sent when the order is ready for pickup. Please wait to receive this email before arriving. Upon arrival call 416-921-4321 and an associate will bring the order to your vehicle. Street parking is available in front of 162/164 Cumberland St. 

Please bring your order confirmation and 2 pieces of ID. One piece of ID should be government issued photo ID. The second piece should be the credit card used for the transaction.

Free Local Delivery

B Hemmings & Co. also offers free local delivery within Toronto. During checkout select the "Local Pickup" option under Shipping Methods and email orders@bhemmings.com to request a Local Delivery for your Web Order #. An email confirmation will be sent when the order is ready. We will coordinate a day and time window when you are home to accept and sign for the delivery. Please be prepared to show photo ID and the credit card used for the transaction.

Shipping Partner and Levels of Service

B Hemmings & Co. works closely with their shipping partner UPS to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your order. The rates used are B Hemming’s volume discounted rates based on size and weight of orders. This saving is passed on to our customers without exception! We offer three methods for shipping your order: UPS Standard, UPS Expedited and UPS Express. During checkout, simply select the shipping method that best meets your delivery.

Free Shipping on Orders over $200 CAD

B Hemmings & Co. offers free shipping (UPS standard service only) on orders over $200.00 CAD.

Shipping Timelines

Orders are prepared and shipped out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Monday through Friday, excluding Statutory Holidays. Most orders ship within 1 business day, however additional time may be added when the credit card and billing details cannot be verified or if an item is out of stock. If you need your order by a specific day, please use the table below to help determine the estimated delivery date.

Signature required on orders over $500 CAD

For security reasons, purchases over $500 CAD will require signature from the recipient when delivered. After the first attempt UPS will leave a door tag. You then have the option to sign the door tag requesting the package to be left the following business day, or you can call UPS to arrange a pick up. If UPS makes several attempts, and does not hear from you, they will return the package to B Hemmings & Co.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a UPS tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also follow delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
